Phillip Edward Spradley is a program director, cultural producer, and advisor to artists working across major cultural institutions. Based between New York City and Los Angeles, he has held roles at renowned organizations including Hauser & Wirth, the Smithsonian Institution, Yale Center for British Art, the National Arts Club, The Wooster Group, Karma Gallery, and the Simons Foundation.

He currently serves on the boards and advisory councils of The Wooster Group, the Robert Blackburn Printmaking Workshop, and The Film-Makers’ Cooperative.

Phillip holds degrees in Art and Art History from Pratt Institute, New York University, and Georgetown University. He works within public programming, creative assets, institutional partnerships, philanthropic endeavors, community engagement, and business development focusing on fine art and the performing arts.
